Rivflow’s Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies are intended to protect Rivflow and our clients from being exploited by criminal elements, ensure compliance with legal standards, and promote the integrity of the international financial system.

Rivflow’s KYC/AML process is designed to verify clients' identities and assess their potential risks for illegal activities, such as money laundering or fraud. By implementing KYC procedures, Rivflow can ensure we know who we are doing business with, which helps prevent the misuse of our services for criminal purposes.

Rivflow’s KYC/AML policies aim to detect money laundering and other financial crimes involving digital asset wallets that we support our clients in managing. Rivflow is not a custodian or fiduciary, and we do not participate in transactions in any way.  Accordingly, Rivflow is not obligated to report suspicious activities, nor does Rivflow have any ability to restrict client transactions, even ones we might identify as suspicious. As most client wallets are visible on public ledgers, Rivflow is not in a position to observe or respond to client transactions. Our primary response to identifying suspicious activities is to inform our clients of the possible risks of the activities and concerns we identify and work with them to address the issues. Rivflow reserves the right to terminate any client relationship at any time that violates our Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement.

If Rivflow terminates a client, the client will receive a notification email highlighting the reason for termination and their suggested actions to secure their wallet independently of Rivflow.  After termination, Rivflow will not provide further support or respond to additional inquiries from the terminated client.
